The Jessie Perkins Memorial Fund Account was opened in 2001, at Key Bank for ATV safety.  Anyone can make a donation deposit into this account just by going to any Key Bank and telling them that you would like to make a donation into the Jesse Perkins Memorial Account.  Our goal is to have enough money in there so we could do more things for ATV Safety and possibly a grant program for children's ATV Safety course's.
